Dental negligence through misdiagnosis

This is when a dentist misdiagnoses a patient’s dental problem, which then results in a failure to provide the appropriate treatment. If this misdiagnosis causes more suffering and pain to the patient, the patient may have a potential compensation claim for dental negligence.

Dental negligence through careless work

Making a Negligence Claim

If you have suffered a personal injury due to dental negligence, it is important to contact a specialist dental or clinical negligence solicitor as soon as possible. As with most other personal injury claims there is a three year limitation period within which the claim proceedings must commence.
